Required Skills:    Excellent computer skills.Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English,Urdu and other regional languages of Pakistan, Customer service skills, Pleasant,confident and well spoken, Ability to work in a changing environment is essential as this position requires flexibility to work various shifts as determined by business, A Levels will be preferred

Description:   To handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for the airline.She would handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
To confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services,schedule,fares,make or cancel reservations/accounts, or to obtain details of complaints related to passengers and travel agents
